  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes we do! Our international shipping rate is $5.00 for an item, plus $0.30 for each additional item.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept payments via credit card or a Paypal account. The cards we currently accept are Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard. We cannot take cash or checks.
  • Do you take custom orders?

    Certain items are sold specifically as custom orders, such as phone cases or shoes. We can take custom orders on other items as well, depending on the request. Please send your custom order requests to nativetrashion@gmail.com with the subject "Custom" and we will let you know if it is possible and how much it would cost.
  • Will you restock items that have sold out?

    If there is a certain item you are looking to purchase that is no longer available, please contact us via Tumblr or email us at nativetrashion@gmail.com and we will do our best to make more! We also do custom orders, so you can place an order similar to the item that is sold out and we can make one just like it for you.
  • What if there is something wrong with my order?

    Please contact us and we can sort everything out! Native Trashion is dedicated to customer satisfaction so if there is a problem with an order, we will do our absolute best to fix it.
  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    We accept returns within seven days after the date the package has been recieved for an exchange or store credit. Shipping is not included in the credit. The item must be in unused and unbroken condition in order for the return to take place. If for some reason the item is being returned due to a fault of Native Trashion, details may be negotiable for a full refund. For more information, please contact us at nativetrashion@gmail.com.
  • Do you sell wholesale?

    If you are interested in buying Native Trashion designs wholesale at a discounted price, please contact us with your request. A few items are one of a kind due to limited recyclable resources, but we will do our best to accommodate you! You can email us at nativetrashion@gmail.com with the subject "Wholesale Inquiry".
  • Where does this store ship from?

    We ship from New Jersey. Oh yes, the good old Jersey Shore...
