• Where does this store ship from?

• Why is my stamping not exactly as the photo example?

  Our hand stamped items are not machine manufactured and so individual variances will occur. This contributes to the unique and special look of hand stamped pieces, and adds charm and character to each one. We do our very best to line up letters straight and evenly spaced and will make every effort to create a piece you will be happy with.

• Do you accept bulk orders?

  Yes! We do many orders for bridal parties and groups such as sororities. Please allow plenty of time for large orders or events with a deadline. Reduced shipping may be available if ordering multiple items so feel free to contact us for custom invoicing.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless errors have been made in spelling, placement or design. We make every effort to create your item exactly as you have requested. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so please do contact us if you feel that any error has been made. Non custom items can be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of receipt if returned unused and in original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Shipping may cost slightly more based on weight and size of packages. Customs regulations can sometimes slow down delivery but most international orders are received within 10 days of shipment.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please keep in mind that custom orders take about 14-21 days to process. We do not stock all sizes of rings, for instance, and therefor your order may take up to the full 3 weeks.
