• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from a ranch in rural Arkansas. No, really!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We generally don't accept returns because our customers tend to know exactly what they're buying. Exceptions can be made in cases where a package is destroyed by the postal service, but that happens very, very rarely! Absolutely no returns will be granted to anyone who buys classic software and discovers they don't know how to run it on a modern computer.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We know all about international shipping and customs forms. Our items go out via USPS Priority Mail International and generally arrive 6-10 business days after they ship.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 6 weeks, but are generally within the range of 6-10 business days.
