• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I do not accept returns or exchanges. I apologize however I always make sure that items are properly taken care of in terms of packaging and I can't hold myself accountable for the actions of postal workers. I can always provide proof that I have shipped something, so if you need such proof just send me an email. In extreme cases, such as something being completely lost in the mail, we may be able to work out a partial refund.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  The item will be shipped within 5 business days upon receipt of payment. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Are you availible for commission/ do you make custom items?

  Yes, please send me a description of what you would like and I will be able to send you a price estimate. Most private commissions start at $50 for a very simple and small drawing for example.
