• Where does this store ship from?

  Maryland, USA.

• Can I buy your stuff at conventions?

  Yes! I do do conventions. Unfortunately because I am a poor college student, I am only limited to conventions around the Maryland- DC area. ^^ But if you happen to be going to any of these conventions, make sure to drop by and say hi!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! ^^ If the USPS can reach it, I can ship it. On a side note, please note that shipping to Canada will count as international shipping because of customs (bleh unfortunately).

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  There is a 1 day window after paying for a full refund. Afterwards, there will be a 15% charge. Exchanges are accepted, but you must show proof of the damage on the item. The deadline for exchanges is 7 days after you receive your item. If a refund or an exchange is confirmed, buyer must pay return shipping. Buttons are not refundable, but can be exchanged. If you never receive the item, please make sure you first check with your local post office. If they don't have it, I'll send you the item free of charge.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• When will you ship me my goods?

  I will ship out your stuff the weekend (Fri or Sat) after receiving your payment.

• Gimme the shipping details?

  I will mail all my items first class with delivery confirmation through USPS. Upon request, faster shipping options are available (priority or express). If you choose any of these options, there are extra fees for these. Insurance is also available upon request as well! If your product is damaged in the mail with insurance, I will be happy to send you a new one. Insurance prices will change due to different types of products. ~*~*~*~ UPDATE 3/4/13 ~*~*~*~ Due to recent USPS postage price changes, international shipping prices have been changed. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

• Can I track my package?

  Yes! The shipping fees include package confirmation and a tracking number so that you know where and when your package will arrive! ^^

• How long does it take to restock?

  Unless specified, I usually make these products as you order them. So if you order a button, I'll make one and send it to you the next day. So what you are getting is a brand new customized button made just for you! ^^

• Do you accept commissions?

  Yes! I do. I will have commissions up as products in the near future. But for right now, please contact me for more details.

• I noticed that You are so Cheesy's proceeds are being donated to charity...do you mind telling me where?

  You are so Cheesy was inspired by the lgbtq teen suicides in 2011. Its original intent was to always to have whatever proceeds I earn to be donated to charities to help kids feel that no matter what orientation they are, they should all be treated equally. With that being said, I have done my research carefully and decided that Equality House would be the best bet to be able to put these proceeds to where they are intended to go. Check it out!
