• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Richmond, Virginia. If you live in the area, please inquire about local delivery charges.

• I noticed your products are varied in color. What will my product look like?

  I flash cure all bamboo products, which reinforces the structure and accelerates the drying process. Most products will ship out still slightly green. Over the course of a few weeks the bamboo will finish drying and become a light tan.

• What type of maintenance does bamboo require.

  I cure my bamboo products with a beeswax finish. This should protect the bamboo for up to six months. I recommend that my products be wiped with vegetable oil a couple times a year after that. This will help keep the luster which makes bamboo so attractive.

• Can I keep my bamboo lantern outside?

  I highly recommend that you keep our lanterns out of the elements. Once exposed to moisture bamboo will begin to degrade. It also becomes susceptible to bugs.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Our products are tested before they are shipped and sold as is.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are willing to consider international orders. Send us an email to discuss rates.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Our products are made to order so please allow up to one week before shipping. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
