• Do you accept commissions (custom orders)?

  My first answer is "OF COURSE, YOU BET. I LOVE DOING CUSTOM ORDERS!" I have many clients for whom I have created custom paintings world wide. However, depending on how busy the time of year is for me, I may or may not be available to create a custom piece. Please contact me and ask ~ I don't bite (lol). I am more than happy to let you know not only if I am accepting custom orders, but sizing and pricing as well.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. I ship twice a week (Tues. and Sat.).

• Where does this store ship from?

  All handmade products ship from CT.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! I am happy to refund after item is returned in original condition. Please contact me if you have any concerns or questions. Refunds are not valid after 7 days from purchase.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  You bet. I have my artwork in other countries and am proud to continue to ship world wide!

• What is an archival quality print?

  Archival prints are the highest quality print. Simply put, both the ink and paper are made to last a lifetime. I print to order each piece with an Epson printer on 51lb paper. This is a luxurious, heavyweight non-glare paper ideal for prints.

• Are the magnets flexible?

  Yes. I hand make each magnet so that the back surface is completely covered and magnetic. This is a strong magnet and will hold things beautifully.

• How should I care for my necklace?

  I recommend that you keep the necklace chain in an airtight jewelry bag in order to decrease the rate of tarnish. The chain is sterling silver. Just clean the chain with silver cleaner when needed. The pendant is silver plated. Keep away from water as this part of the necklace is not waterproof.
