• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If item is damaged within 10 days of purchase due to material failure, item will be repaired or exchanged. You'll pay for the shipping for sending the item back to me and I'll pay for the shipping of the item back to you. In case of mistreated pieces, excessive wear and damage inflicted by the buyer, item is not warranted at any time. No refund accepted except If item is lost while shipping. In this case i'll replace the item for free. Alufolie shop is not responsible in case of harm caused with or by any of the jewels sold. By filling out an ordering form and/or by purchasing any jewels from alufolie shop you are consenting to all terms and conditions mentioned above.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your item will be shipped first or second business day after i received your full payment. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 4 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary but usually take 6 to 10 business day.
