What is this store's return and exchange policy?
I package items the best I can to prevent them from arriving damaged, however if your item does arrive damaged, let me know within 1 week after you receive it. After 1 week, all purchases become final. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return or exchange, and I do require photos of the damage before deciding on how to proceed.
**For hygienic reasons I can NOT accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Custom orders/commissions are also non-refundable/non-exchangeable for reasons other than damage due to their personal nature.**
I ship all orders containing original artwork (with the exception of ACEOs under 20$) with insurance and tracking. If you would like to purchase insurance for prints/bookmarks/etc., contact me before purchasing the item and I would be more than happy to get a quote on how much the post office will charge to insure the package and add it on to the listing.
If an uninsured item gets lost in the mail or arrives damaged, please contact me! I would be more than happy to work something out.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Items are shipped within 2 business days of payment if ready to ship. For made-to-order/custom made items, please read listing for turnaround times.
I use Canada Post to ship items. Unless requested, items ship using Standard Delivery. Estimated delivery times are:
Canada: 3-6 business days.
USA: 6-12 business days.
International: Up to 3-6 weeks.
Please note that these times are estimates ONLY, and are not guaranteed by the postal system. I only consider orders missing if they have not been delivered for the estimated delivery time + 2 weeks.
If you require the item sooner or a tracking number, arrangements can be made for Xpresspost or Priority, however please note that there will be a much higher shipping cost.
