• Where does this store ship from?

  All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders to the US usually take from 10-12 business days. Orders within Canada usually take 3-7 business days. Overseas takes a little longer and depending on location can take up to 6 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I am not accepting any returns at the moment due to the pre-owned nature of my items unless the item was grossly misrepresented. Please be sure of your size before purchasing. I do my best to be 100% honest about the quality of the items in the listings.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure do!

• Why do you have so many clothes?!

  My items all come out of my own closet. I order a ton of clothing online and sometimes it just doesn't work out for me. I'm not one to return things so I always try to see if someone else wants to give my stuff a new home before donating it all. I also used to own an online designer clothing shop and still have a few pieces of remaining inventory in a variety of sizes so some of those might pop up here and there.
