  Yes, please send us a message to request a custom mold and we will see if it is possible to do.

• Are there any rules of purchase.

  No, there are no rules of purchase, although when committing to buy you agree that these molds/pieces will not be uses to make duplicate molds of or used to make blanks in which other people can purchase to make molds from. If you do not agree with the rules of purchase, then should refrain from ordering from Glitterbug Supply Store.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We accept faulty returns if the item was faulty when dispatched, we do not take damaged returns if user's own fault.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We will ship worldwide but please contact us for shipping infor first.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days within the UK to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
