• Where does this store ship from?

  This store ships from a non-smoking home in Elburn, Illinois, USA.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Our handmade products are one of a kind, and as such, we will not provide refunds except in very extreme cases. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, whether it be from damage during shipping or general unhappiness with the product overall, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be more than happy to work with you and figure out some way to make things right.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely! All payments, however, must be provided in US currency.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders are shipped First Class through the US Postal Service. Some products are made to order and a timeframe for shipping will be provided in the product description. All pre-made orders will be packaged as soon as payment is received and mailed out on Mondays and Wednesdays. Once shipped, domestic packages should arrive within 6-8 business days. International shipping times will vary depending on distance and customs, possibly taking 2-4 weeks for delivery, but could take up to 12 weeks, depending on customs. (I really hope it doesn't take this long for your item to arrive, but I have no control over the speed of the postal service or customs.) For all purchases, if you would like to have your order sent as registered mail, please send us a message either before you make your purchase or in the "notes" section when you check out. Having your order sent via registered mail WILL cost extra for shipping, but you will (sort of) be able to track it through the USPS website.

• Who are you?

  We are Gerri and Sally, a mother-daughter duo from Illinois who love crafting. During the summer months, we set up at a flea market and it's difficult to keep our stock straight when we're both selling in person and online, so you may find the online store a bit empty from May through October. We're still around, however, so feel free to send us a message whenever! If you found us through our flea market set-up, we will happily honor all prices given to you there, just send a message before ordering so we can set up a custom listing just for you.

• Where did you get the name "Fishaboo"?

  To make a long story short, I (Sally) have been working on a collaborative writing project with my best friend for almost three years, and the name comes from character nicknames. One of her characters is Boo and one of mine is Fishie. So, when it came time to think up a name for my store, I chose Fishaboo. My mom just sort of went along with it. :)

• What is your connection with Sally Jane Photography?

  We're the same person! I (Sally) decided that I would rather keep my photography separate from the handcrafted items I make with my mom, so I created two separate stores. Check out my photography at http://sallyjanephoto.storenvy.com.
