Where does this store ship from?
Your order will ship from California. -
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Because each piece is individually stamped and personalized, I cannot accept any returns. I want you to love your piece. If for some reason you are not happy, please contact me asap. So we can discuss the issue at hand. -
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
At this time we only accept orders from the United States and Canada. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our pieces are custom made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for the creation of your jewelry. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. -
