• Where does this store ship from?

  Any orders that must be shipped will do so from Raleigh, NC.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final pending approval at final delivery.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Custom orders will take 3-4 days to be designed. Standard orders are designed within 24 hours. Once shipped most orders will be delivered that same week. We can even make deliveries the same day. A small rush fee may apply. weeks.

• What products do you use to make your cakes?

  Pampers Swaddlers Size 1 (8-14 lbs) are the only consistant product used in every cake. All other products are based on theme chosen.  We will choose the most top quality product available that matches your theme.  Products used in past are Mamsi, Avent, Wubbanubs, Webkinz,  Russ, TY, Carter's, and Mary Meyer.

• How many diapers are in a diaper cake?

  4 tier≈100-105 3 tier≈60 2 tier≈35

• My mommy-to-be isn't using pacifiers. Is there something that can be used as a substitute?

  Absolutely! Infant spoons, teethers, rattles, and hairbows can be used instead of pacifiers. Just let us know in your consultation which one you'd like to use.

• Do you make rolled diaper cakes?

  As a general rule, no. We think the way our cakes are made is much more aesthetically pleasing and, more importantly, easier to make use of the diapers.

• How much are your diaper cakes?

  Speciality theme cake prices are listed on our menu. Otherwise, prices are as follows: 4 tier-$100 3 tier-$65 2 tier-$35

• Want a plain cake to decorate yourself? Plain cakes come wrapped in white ribbon:

• Your cakes are more expensive that most diaper cakes in the area. Why is that?

  Good question. We hold ourselves to a very high standard.  Our attention to detail and personalized touches are what make our cakes such a hit. We use only the highest quality products available and some pieces are custom made for the cakes.  Our cakes come wrapped in tulle, not cellophane, and have matching fabric bows, no ribbons. the details
