• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns accepted if item not as described. Does not apply to postal damages, though we go to great length to avoid these by shipping properly in LP mailers, reinforced when necessary.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Gladly. We have shipped to every continent except Antarctica and welcome international orders. If you have any questions concerning foreign rates, please get in touch!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks. Expedited shipping available worldwide at extra cost. Please contact me for details. Insurance also available.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
