Where does this store ship from?
Auckland in New Zealand. I use NZ post, which is the most reliable postal service in New Zealand.
So what if it gets lost in the mail?
If this happens, you may need to wait up to a month more to receive your package. if it doesn't come, you can, depending on your order total, get either a refund (up to 60%)or you can order another item worth half of your purchase for free!!
Do you accept custom charm orders?
Yes! Custom handmade items are available!
Please read the following rules regarding custom charms before deciding to order:
1.) We will discuss your order. Decide whether you want a ball chain, cell phone strap, glazed, non-glazed, size etc. If you request for an item never listed in our Storenvy shop, we will adjust the price accordingly. Price varies, depending on the detail that is needed, size, and materials used for the item. Please keep this in mind. *All handmade items are made with love, and handled with excellent care.*
2.) Payment MUST be made FIRST, prior to the custom order being made. (There have been incidents where orders were made, time was spent making the charms, and then the customer cancelled.)
3.) After payment has been received, we will IMMEDIATELY begin working on your order!
4.) Please allow up to 14 days for the item to be made. If we know it will take more, we will keep you updated on your order. All custom orders will be given constant updates so you know how your order is coming along. So check your email every now and then!
5.) After charms are made, we will package it well, and have it shipped out to you via NZ post Priority Mail (*And/or Regular Air Mail for international buyers).

Can you buy something for me?
yes! but only kawaii goodies, like squishies, plushies, pens, memo paper, folders, and other merch.
please be aware that almost all of these items will need to be wholesaled, so you will be paying $20-$30 for one lot of around 12-30 items. but of course you can have as many or as little of those items as you like. if you do not want the entire lot, I will list the remainder of the items and reimburse you for them as they sell.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! Because the internet is such a big place, it would be a waste to only accept New Zealand orders, wouldn't it?
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
To qualify for a refund or exchange your order must be over $20.
•if returning an item, it must be in original condition and packaging (if applicable)
PLEASE NOTE that all defects are assessed and mentioned in the listing info, so if you think your item has a defect that I did not mention in the listing, please take a photo of it and I will decide whether it qualifies you for a refund or not.
If item arrives damaged or you are absolutely displeased with the item received, you have up to 7 days upon delivery to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange (if applicable). this does not include shipping time, so don't worry! just remember to email me at email@example.com when you send the package.
*The buyer is responsible for all charges when returning/exchanging merchandise.
*We are not responsible for damages to the merchandise caused by improper use at home once item is in the recipients hands.
*Items will be thoroughly checked & packaged well before shipment to help prevent any unwanted damages.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic (within New Zealand) orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on which postal service you choose. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks.
but if it gets lost in the mail, who knows how long it will take?
