• How do I tell you the what size/colors/words I want for my bracelet?

  Click on "Contact" on the left side of the page. There, the minimum you should fill out should be your name, email address, order number, and message. If you do not state what size/colors/words you want for the bracelet, I will send it how it looks in the photo and the original size I made it in.

• What is Teal Sound?

• Do you only make drum corps bracelets?

  No, I can make bracelets for anything such as baseball teams, soccer teams, your name, "cheer", "dance", ect. I will make non-drum corps bracelets upon request.

• Where does this store ship from?

  I ship my products from a local UPS store.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are unhappy with a product, you may return the product with a full refund or may request an exchange at any time.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
