• Where does this store ship from?

  Fremont, California. Fremont is located about 40 minutes away from San Fransisco, and is in the United States.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If we send you the wrong thing, you may exchange your item for something of that price, or for what you had originally ordered. We do not refund, or allow swapping for something of greater value.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely! We want everyone to be happy, not just people in the U.S. :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We ship the day of purchase if the order is made before 3 P.M. Pacific time, and next day if the purchased after 3 P.M. -Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Where did that bow go?

  Once we sell out of a certain item, we take it down. We make as many items as we can with one fabric, and once we run out of it, it is gone.
