• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Thank you, Teşekkürler, Grazie, for your purchase. We hope you thoroughly enjoy your SariBlue item. Please remember each item was handmade with carefully chosen beads. Each bead is unique and therefore each SariBlue piece of jewelry is unique. The patterns are matched to the photos on our shop but will vary slightly from the image. These are delicate pieces of jewelry and not made to be worn for high impact activities. They are fine for daily wear. For example, I wear my bracelets all day but take them off for the shower, bed, gardening or rough-housing with the girls. Remember the beads are real glass and if they drop to a hard surface will break :) If you are not pleased with your purchase we will happily replace it within 15 days of receipt. We do not pay for return shipping charges. Please kindly contact us via email and describe the issue so we can plan for your replacement. You will need to return the damaged original item to us. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping. We recommend insurance for the cost of your purchase as well as delivery confirmation as we do for all our shipments out. Please take care in how you ship the item. The item should be returned to us as it was shipped to you in a sturdy package to protect the item via USPS with Delivery Confirmation and in its original condition. Original shipping cost is not eligible for refunds, therefore your replacement item shipping will need to be paid for via PayPal. I am super happy to chat through everything in order to make your shopping with us a good experience.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! If you are aware of a specific requirement within your country for packages, please let us know when you please the order.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks, but we have found things to arrive quickly for Europe and Turkey. Most orders will ship within 36 hours. We are located near Boston, MA, USA (-5GMT) please keep this in mind for shipping timing and business hours. We do not normally ship over the weekend but will make every effort to do this for you. If you need your items quickly please let us know and we can arrange faster delivery. Expedited Shipping charges will be determined based on timing needs and your location. Please make a note in the "notes to seller" field and we will reply with the amount and then request additional charges to your PayPal account.

• Do you make custom designs?

  I adore custom design work and am very happy to create something for you. If you like the SariBlue style and have something specific in mind please contact me. I will be delighted to work on a color pattern, size or design just for you. I have done group work before: gifts for family members, teams, VIPs, and employees. We can define gift sets based on colours or meanings behind the Evil Eye that best suit the occasion. We are also very excited to make designs that are focused on "birthstone" colour combinations for your family. These are really special, thoughtful gifts showing how much the receiver means to you. • How is my package shipped?

  Most orders will ship within 36 hours. We are located near Boston, MA, USA (-5GMT) please keep this in mind for shipping timing and business hours. We do not normally ship over the weekend but will make every effort to do this for you. If you need your items quickly please let us know and we can arrange faster delivery. Expedited Shipping charges will be determined based on timing needs and your location. Please make a note in the "notes to seller" field and we will reply with the amount and then request additional charges to your PayPal account. All items are shipped in a gift bag via USPS within a sturdy bubble pack. *If you have had difficulty with the USPS in your area please contact me so we can work out an alternative method of delivery. All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to you. It is your responsibility to ensure the ship to address that appears in here is confirmed accurate. Please review this the ship to field during check out. International buyers - Customs fees and/or Duties are taxes imposed on international purchases by your government; as such you are legally responsible for paying any customs fees or duties on your imported purchase. It is a US federal offense for me to falsify purchase amounts on customs forms. SARIBLUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED AS A RESULT OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. International shipping cannot be insured and thus we cannot be held accountable. If any issues arise after the shipment has left the US I will do my best to help solve the problem with you but often the issues are to be resolved directly with your local customs office and our tracking ability ends once the package leaves the US. We can determine when the item has arrived international but have no insight into movement outside the US. If you feel you would like the item shipped via another method additional charges will apply but we are happy to do so.
