What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines and I will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
First, contact me right away. I will work with you to determine if the product should be returned for exchange or refund. Items sent back without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All merchandise can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date:
•In new, unused, and 100% saleable condition
•Free of defects
•With original tags attached
•In its original packaging
•There is a 20% restock fee for all returned items.
A refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping will not be refunded for items returned.
I am are careful to inspect every item before we send it out. However, if you believe you’ve received a defective product you must notify me within 72 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. You must follow this policy to be eligible for a return as after that time I will only accept defective items at my choice, on my terms.
Sale items: All sales final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

How long will it take to receive my order?
I ship out within 5 business days of the initial purchase.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
I ship ALL items via USPS. Most packages ship First Class, however, if it is heavier, then it will go Priority.
As of December 1, 2012, I will include tracking with every shipped package.
