• Where does this store ship from?

  All files are shipped via e-mail or download link, ClickPaperCo is based in Phoenix, AZ

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the digital nature of the products in my shop, unfortunately, I am not able to refund purchses once a file or link has been sent. But I do want every customer to be happy with their purchase, so please, contact me immediately if there are any issues with the file(s) you recieve.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All products are sent via e-mail or download link. So please, check the e-mail address attached to your account for receipt of our product. And don't forget, you may have to look in your spam or junkmail folder if you haven't purchased from us previously! I will send your file or link within 2 days (48 hours) of payment receipt. Customized items such as invitations or photo cards require an additional 2 days from the time I recieve all required information/files for editing. Personalized logos or website designs are more specialized and delivery times will be discussed prior to purchase.
