• Where does this store ship from?

  Everything ships from Canada.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All inquires regarding refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. <br><br>Details are laid out in each and every listing including measurements, general condition and any notable flaws. If you feel the garment was misrepresented or a mistake has been made, I'm happy to look into it. Refunds due to fit are generally not accepted. <br><br>That being said, if something doesn't quite meet your expectations, feel free to get in touch and we'll figure it out!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I ship within 2 - 4 business days (Monday through Friday) of payment. <br><br>All packages are sent via Canada Post, shipping typically takes:
 • Within Canada: between 4 - 9 business days
 • To the US: between 6 - 14 business days
 • International: between 6 - 14 business days (for major city centers) <br><br>Keep in mind, a lot depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. These are just estimates, delivery delays are always possible.

• Why is shipping so expensive?

  Canada Post structures its pricing based on the size and weight of each parcel.. so unfortunately, it is what it is. Every once and awhile shipping ends up being a little less than expected. If there is an overcharge in excess of $2- the difference will be refunded.
