• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the nature of handmade items, we offer a 2 month period where you can ship your items back and they will be repaired or replaced for a very small material cost! Unfortunately, due to that same nature, we cannot do refunds and all sales are final.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Because everything we make is to order, some things may take longer to make than others. For outfit kits and hair kits, tigerPOP will do its best to keep you updated on the progress of your order through e-mail and will let you know when everything is shipped out.

• Will you take custom commissions on items you don't sell?
