What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are FINAL.
In the rare case of a lost package in the post, please contact me if you have not received your item so we can arrange a re-shipment or replacement. Refunds are not given.
Each item will be packaged very securely so there is very little chance of damages. However, if a major disaster strikes - i.e. a tornado rips your package to shreds or it becomes submerged in flood waters, I will be happy to offer a refund or re-ship your item.
*Please note there will always be {rare} instances where the postal service temporarily holds a package or it is temporarily lost, which is out of my control. However, 99% of the time, you will receive your items within 6 weeks. Therefore, please allow 6 weeks for any re-shipments due to lost packages. Thanks for your patience!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! Only difference is the shipping cost, which is usually just your standard shipping. I do not make money off of shipping, I charge what it costs me to send, or very close to it based off of the CPS website.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Everything is shipped via regular surface mail by Canada Post.
Delivery to: Canada
2-5 Business Days
Delivery to: United States
3-7 Business Days
Delivery to: Elsewhere
6 Business Days up to 6 Weeks

** If you would like your package expedited, please let me know so that I can arrange a faster shipping speed for you, at an extra charge.
If items are purchased after 4pm (Pacific Standard Time), please allow an additional 12 hours for shipment. If purchased after 4pm on on a Friday, please allow an extra 48 hours for shipment, as the mail service is not open on weekends in Canada.

Why do the colors look different on my screen?
AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON COLOR:
Every computer monitor is different. And print colors often vary slightly from monitor colors.Therefore, I cannot guarantee that any printed merchandise will look exactly the same as on your computer screen. Colors vary from screen to screen, and from screen to printer. It is hard to catch every color in the right light to portray how beautiful the colors really are. My hope is that you find it more beautiful than the picture you've ordered from. :)
