• Where does this store ship from?

  xCleaningOutMyClosetx ships Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or on Holidays. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. Most orders should arrive within 3-21 Days in the United States and 7-45 days in All Other Countries. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES All international orders are shipped from the United States via USPS First Class International without insurance which can now take up to 6 weeks to arrive in some countries. Again, USPS First Class International does not include insurance which also means there is no guarantee your order will arrive therefore, if your order does not arrive I will not be responsible. If you feel that your order requires insurance please contact me.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I'm cleaning out my closet. I will not accept returns. Please carefully read the descriptions and examine the detailed photos I have provided in my listings before committing to a purchase. All sales are final!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• Are your clothes authentic?

  All of my clothing; brand names and designer names are 100% authentic to my knowledge. All of my clothing was previously purchased directly from the designer stores or online designer websites and/or boutiques. Ex: revolve clothing.com, luisaviaroma.com, truereligionbrandjeans.com, nastygal.com ect. I never purchase any of my clothing from warehouses, outlets or street vendors. Yuck. I save most of my tags and send them with the items if available.
