• Where does this store ship from?

  Items are shipped from the USPS location on Ringling Boulevard in Sarasota, Florida. The United States Postal Service is the only carrier Lava Church will ever use. Within the US: all orders are sent regular first class mail or media mail with NO TRACKING, CONFIRMATION, OR INSURANCE. If you would like tracking or insurance, you must notify Lava Church before purchase and you will be responsible for all costs. Outside the US: all orders are sent international first class mail with NO TRACKING, CONFIRMATION, OR INSURANCE. If you would like tracking, insurance, or registered mail, you must notify Lava Church before purchase and you will be responsible for all costs. If you are an international buyer and you do not receive your package and did not purchase insurance or have it sent by registered mail, Lava Church is sorry but you are out of luck. Lava Church is too small and our releases too limited to afford to just send out replacement copies free of charge. All buyers: if your item is lost in the mail and you did not purchase insurance, tracking, confirmation, or send it by registered mail, we will cut you a break on purchasing a replacement or throw in some extra goodies for you.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No returns or exchanges unless something is terribly wrong with the tape or package due to the negligence of Lava Church. If Lava Church sent you a blank tape, a poorly dubbed tape, or the wrong tape, it will be replaced free of charge once the original tape and packaging has been sent back at the buyer's expense.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! International shipping is expensive and since our items are low in price, shipping a single item outside of the US results in just about no financial gain, not even cost. So please consider purchasing more than one item, but I leave that option to you, as I would rather sell you something at a fair price and lose a little money if it means that you will acquire a Lava Church release that you can enjoy, rather than nothing at all.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders usually ship within 1-5 days. Most orders within the US will arrive within one week from shipping. Orders outside the US depend greatly on several factors beyond our control, and can take anywhere from one week to twelve weeks.

• Why does it cost so much to ship to me in Europe/Asia/Wherever?

  As of January 27th, US postal service prices for international shipping almost doubled. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about that, and since I'm dealing on a limited budget on modestly priced tapes to begin with, I can't give you any further breaks. Sorry!
