• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you purchase a digital item, (something you receive in email) then all sales are final. I am a Graphic Designer and I offer maintenance/reworking for a fee. Under special circumstances the fee will be waived. If you purchase an item that i ship to you, it can be returned for a refund. This must be communicated to me via email to initiate the refund and work out return of the item.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Digital items, yes, as these are sent via email.

• Do you offer customized designs?

  Yes.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
