• Where does this store ship from?

  We sell new and used Dj equipment and professional audio system. All our shipments come from ITALY. We ship to all the European Countries, United States, Canada, Australia and other destinations worldwide via UPS express courier, tracking online available. Delivery in around 2 or 3 working days ( Europe ) and 4 or 5 working days Worldwide. You can check the status of your order once you have received an email from us with the tracking information. You will be directed to the shipper's website where you can track the progress of your package. Please note that we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Payment The payment is expected within 3 days from your purchase. Shipping We will ship your purchase within 2 business days of receiving the payment, carefully packaged to make sure it arrives safely. Please, allow 3-5 days for delivery, as I maybe on the other side of the world from you! Refunds and Exchanges If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 2 weeks and get a full price refund (the shipping costs are on you though!).
