• Where does this store ship from?

  I am based in Bristol in the UK. I ship worldwide and every fascinator, veil or bouquet is very carefully and securely packed to reach you in perfect condition.

• Can I get a discount for more than one piece?

  Yes! I happily offer a discount, just message me with your ideas.

• Will you marry me?

  Sorry no, I'm married already.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not totally happy with your purchase, I will send you a refund. Just package up the piece and send it back to me. Postage costs are none refundable, sorry.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do, we love them!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  To create your order please allow 2 weeks, plus your shipping time. Shipping within the UK takes around 3 days post production. Shipping around Europe takes between 1 and 2 weeks post prodcution. Shipping to the USA/Canada takes between 1 and 4 weeks post production - depending on customs. Please allow up to 4 weeks post production to anywhere else in the world. Feel free to message me if you are in a hurry to receive your order - I am happy to arrange a courier for an extra charge and fast track your order if I can.
