• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  At Bulbul, we want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a return/ exchange policy on items that meet the following criteria: - Item is mailed within 30 days from the date of purchase (45 days for orders outside the United States). - Item is not worn outside of the house and is in it's original condition. It should not have been washed and is returned with it's original tags. If we receive the item in a condition that does not match the above criteria, we reserve the option not to refund the item.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sorry, not at this time, but we're working on it!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We ship all orders via First Class mail, and at this time are not offering Priority or Overnight services.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buying">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.

• Once a scarf is sold out, will that design be available again?

  At Bulbul, we sell exclusive prints that are only available in limited quantities. But usually with every new series of prints, we relaunch a few best-sellers.

• How often do you get new prints?

  As often as every two months... so keep us bookmarked and visit us often for new prints! Remember, we have a limited quantity and exclusive prints... so don't miss out!

• What is the ordering and shipping schedule?

  All order placed Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm will be processed that night and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 6pm will be processed with the orders for the next business day, and will be shipped with those orders. Orders placed on weekends will be processed Sunday night and shipped Monday morning. Shipping is First class shipping, and the average shipping time is 2-4 business days.

  Here is our address: 1320 Hamilton St. Somerset, NJ 08873 We are towards the back, by the main parking lot. Our hours of operation are: Tuesday - Sunday 11am - 6pm Closed Mondays
