Where does this store ship from?
All BLISS by Crys pieces are carefully packaged and sent from Honolulu, HI unless otherwise stated.
How often is the collection updated?
We check our store site on a daily basis. We are constantly designing and creating more pieces to add into our collection. We plan to expand and keep expanding! Be sure to visit our Facebook page and follow us on Twitter for upcoming pieces and specials deals. You don't want to miss out!
Are all jewelry pieces pre-made and ready to ship?
Unless otherwise stated on the product despcription, all of my items are individually-made per order. Many pieces that we make offer you options to choose (i.e. color cords, beading, chain, etc).
Some pieces include freshly picked seashells and sea glass fresh off the beaches of Oahu. Please keep this in mind that the shells on your piece may vary slightly in size, shape, and color. I try my best to make them match up as close to the picture as possible.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Please note that all sales are final. However, should there be a problem with jewelry lengths or sizing, we would be more than happy to accommodate you with that.
When shipping product, please be sure to specify the issue. For example: "Bracelet closure size is off. Needs to be (shortened/lengthened) by 2 inches."
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! We now accept international orders. Please be aware of the shipping charges:
• Mexico & Canada: $8.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
• All other countries: $10.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
Within the shipping and handling fees is price of packaging materials and standard pricing from the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery to your doorstep will VARY.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your PayPal payment is processed and cleared, your order will be sent out. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Shipping fees INCLUDE tracking through USPS for DOMESTIC orders. As soon as your order is sent off, we will notify you with your tracking number. Please do understand that errors made on behalf if the postal service is completely out of my hands. Rarely does it happen, but if there is a problem with your shipment (ex. Stopped tracking, has been over 1 week for domestic or 2 weeks for other locations) please email us and we will try to assist you the best we can.

Can I pre-order pieces?
Yes. E-mail us at BLISSbyCrys@gmail.com and list what jewelry pieces you'd like to pre-order. We will notify you of how long it may take (this varies, especially depending on the materials).
As soon as your order is ready, we will create a RESERVED LISTING under YOUR NAME. Add this to your cart and once your payment is processed via PayPal, we will ship out your order!

A BLISS piece that I want to buy is "Out of Stock". How do I order another?
Pieces that are "Out of Stock" are likely beach-inspired ones that contain seashells and sea glass. Contact me at BLISSBYCRYS@GMAIL.COM or send me a message via this site and I will work with you to create a piece as close to the original that I can. Please bare in mind that these seashells and sea glass are pieces found off the islands of Hawai'i so each one is unique. I will match pieces as closely as possible!
