• Where does this store ship from?

  All CKlein Originals ship directly from my home studio in California.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not in love with anything you've purchased, please contact me for an exchange no later than 10 days after receiving your item. Your exchanged item must be returned back to me in its original condition having never been worn (other than to try on) for exchange eligibility. If the item is returned to me in a noticeably worn condition or is damaged/altered in any way, the value of the returned item will be adjusted and the allotted exchange amount will reflect said value adjustment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. I do not offer refunds at this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  You bet!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I endeavor to ship all items within 3 to 4 days from purchase, excluding personalized items which can take up to 7 to 10 days to prepare for shipping. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
