• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No-Return Policy As many products from Custom Creations are custom made to order NO refunds Or Exchanges will be given for any item once the items have been ordered and paid for. No last minute Alterations to your items will be accepted. Please make sure to double check all color schemes, & measurement upon check out. Quality workmanship is 100% guaranteed as your buisness is importaint to us. If by some uforseen circumstance your order arrives incorrect on our part we will replace it for you. You must contact us by email with in 24 hrs of delivery of your shipped products. Please leave the nature of your delima as well as your order number, and return the product with in 5 business days of the complaint to recieve your re-placement product. Failure to do so will result in a loss of exchange. Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted items, NO warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear of an item with use. Please be aware that all sales are final and NO refunds will be given for returned merchandise. ALL SALES are Considered FINAL.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please allow up to 7-10 days for shipment. I usually have most items out within 72 hours of payment, but I added the extra time in case a ribbon color is out of stock and needs to be reordered. If you are needing something quickly, please email me to find out if your items are in stock
