How long will it take to receive my order?
I work on orders based on the date of the party and NOT the date you place your order. This ensures that I will be able to complete orders and ship orders to arrive approximately one week prior to your event. On occasion, your order may not reach you until early in the week of your event. If you have a specific “need by” date, please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to meet your deadline. If I’m unable to meet your deadline, I will give you the option of canceling your order so that you can find another seller who may be able to help.

Please keep in mind that all items are hand-crafted by me and no two will be exactly alike (part of the beauty of buying handmade items). That being said, I want you to be happy with your purchase...
If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of your item(s) and I'll work with you to make things right. If we are unable to work things out, a refund will be provided for the items you purchased, less shipping AFTER the items have been returned, in their original packaging (un-used) to me. If the items have been used, a refund will not be provided.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
At this time we are not accepting International Orders.
