• Where does this store ship from?

  From Buenos Aires, Argentina.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How do you ship orders?

  We send all packages worldwide by EMS system provided by Correo Argentino (Argentina's official postal service) with certified delivery (require signature). If you prefer delivery with full tracking an additional cost will be apply, so please contact us if you choosing this method.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Package are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Delivery will take about 7-15 days.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. We are unable to accept return of any kind. We deliver the product carefully protected. Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for the handling during transportation. However if you have any problem with the product please contact us.

• Anything else i should know?

  We only sell 1 (one) toy of the same serie per customer. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and not processed. In that case you can submit a new order meeting the correct requirements. Since it’s a handmade product it may differ from the published images.
