    Due to the handmade nature of our products, there are some charming imperfections and slight color variations. This is what makes your purchase unique and one of a kind. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our scarves for all of our new customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your scarf or decide you would like to exchange it for a different color, you can send it back within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Just follow the simple instructions below and rest assured that your security in your purchase is very important to us: 1. Call Shimmer & Bliss at 512.428.8859 or email customer service at customerservice@shimmerandbliss.com in order to obtain a Return Authorization # for your item. 2. We will send your Return Authorization # via email.*Remember: You must obtain a Return Authorization # to process all credits or exchanges. 3. Once you receive your Return Authorization #, pack the item securely with your Return Authorization # on the exterior of the box. See sample below.   • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 pm will be processed that day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Shimmer & Bliss will contact you by email or telephone if the merchandise you have selected is not available. We use USPS for all our shipping needs and insure all our packages. Rates are as follows: USPS Ground: $7 flat rate – please allow 7 business days since each product is made to order. International orders will be shipped via Fed Ex or The United States Postal Service. Applicable charges will apply.
  • Is there a gift wrap option?

    Shimmer & Bliss ships all merchandise in our reusable stainless steel canisters.
