• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Bath and beauty products aren't typically returnable or exchangeable, but please contact us if there is a problem. We want to see our customers happy.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• Do you offer wholesale prices?

  We do. Orders must be 10 or more per product. If interested in our wholesale prices please contact us through our email.

• What is the difference between essential oils and fragrance oils?

  Essential oils are the oils produced by plants. They can come from petals, bark, rinds, or resins. They are 100% natural and can have great healing properties. Fragrance oils are oils that are synthetic. They can cause allergic reactions for some people and can cause outbreaks for people who have sensitive skin. We don't use any synthetic products in the making of our handcrafted beauty products. Our fragrances are specially blended from essential oils to give you a wonderfully aromatic bath experience.
