• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We pride ourselves on what we make and want you to be happy with your purchase; we wouldn't even be doing what we do if we didn't want to make you smile! That very spirit extends to making sure you are happy with your purchases. For defects in workmanship or products that arrive to you damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Notify us of the issue and we will coordinate the return with you. Once we make arrangement, we will cover the postage to return the item to us. We will work to replace any items that prove to be defective for up to a year past the original purchase date. We cannot cover Items suffering from normal wear or accidents. Sorry. For Returns: Items in their original condition may be returned for any reason for a full refund, provided the following: - Notify us of your intent to return the item. - Ship the item back to us in their original packing materials. - Item is received within 30 days of the original purchase.
