• Where does this store ship from?

• Can you customise the jewellery?

  Items in the 'Hand Made Bracelets' collection are made by me. If you have an idea for a bracelet - be it a photo of a family member, beloved pet, or favourite cartoon character, email us and we can talk about it in more depth.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know and arrange to send it back to us at your cost. If an item is faulty, it will of course be replaced at no extra cost.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Worldwide shipping is only $3 extra.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your order will be shipped within 2 working days. Orders within the UK should be received within 5 working days, worldwide orders will take up to 3 weeks.
