• Where does this store ship from?

  Currently, there is no shipping, but when we expand into shippable items, they will ship from the Huntsville, Texas area.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Coming very, very soon.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Is this the full design or are you not finished?

  Based on my past experiences with other designers, I will send you a link in an email. This link will be to the blog where I am constructing your new design. When I send it to you, your design is not done, so if it looks like it's only bits and pieces, that's because it is. :)
