• How often do I update my OCC Lip Tar stock?

• Will you send me free stuff if I do a review?

  I am sorry I will not. I'm not trying to make a huge profit from this e-store, I am merely providing a service that I don't see provided and if anything, I only make like $1 profit from each sale. Not only that, each batch of samples only have 4 samples per lip tar so I have very limited stock and they go very fast so I can't afford to give them away for free either. However, if you do a review, I can give you a small discount on your first order, one time use only, and cannot be used by anyone other than yourself. If I see it being used by someone else, I will cancel their order.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns accepted for non makeup items only for sanitary reasons.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Flat rate shipping for samples is $7 For heavier non-sample items it is $7 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Preparation of packages will take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, depending on the items you ordered. Once the package is dropped off at the Post Office, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
