• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Please note that all my items are mostly (if not completely) made by hand, with lots of love: each piece I make, I put time and care into. That being said, in order to best care for your Catscratch creation, please treat it with love: do not pull too hard on the chains/beads, etc. I do not issue refunds. All items are thoroughly inspected before they ship, so I am not responsible for any mailing damage. Shipping is a separate service from my work! C:

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No! Shipping rates are far too high for me to ship internationally.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
