Where does this store ship from?
All of our donuts are made in southwest Michigan.
What's so great about your donuts?
We'd like to think a heck of a lot, but we might be a little biased. It's best to try one (or six) for yourself. We take pride in the fact that they are baked, not fried, and we do our best to use local ingredients whenever possible. This isn't your typical donut shop donut (not that there is anything wrong with those!), and we think you'll taste the difference. With fresh ingredients, unique flavors, and care put into each individual donut, we think you'll see what we love about them after one bite.
How many donuts do I have to order?
Right now, to make a delivery we require a minimum of one dozen donuts to be ordered. You will see the products are sold in sets of 3, so all you need to do is order four products, and you'll be set! Although, we certainly won't complain if you decide on more - trying every flavor is encouraged.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Well...we really can't do much with donuts that you've nibbled on already, unfortunately. If you find a problem with the quality of your donut, just let us know and we'll be sure to address it immediately!
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
As of right now, no. You may see it as an option on the drop-down menu once you check out, but we do not currently ship outside of the US. Any orders placed outside of the US will have their money refunded and no order will be shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience!
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do require 48 hours for your order to be completely processed and brought to you via delivery. You will receive an e-mail the day before your delivery confirming that we will be there. If you would like to place an order for a specific date, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and a representative will get back to you to work out details.
