What is this store's return and exchange policy?
There is a NO-RETURN or NO-REFUND policy on all orders. This is because of the customized nature of our products. If error is visibly due to P.Ink we will glady fix our mistakes upon the return of the miss-printed stationery or invitations. Because you are offered unlimited proofs through P.ink, it is entirely up to you to make sure ALL spelling, grammar, and text layout is correct and to your liking BEFORE you give final approval. Once you give final approval the order is complete. Any changes you would like made after giving final approval will incur additional costs.
Please inspect your order carefully once it arrives! If, for any reason, you are missing items to your order, please contact us immediately and no later than 7 days after date of delivery. We will evaluate the request at that time and determine how to address it. We can not honor requests to replace missing items if the request is submitted more than 10 days after the order is complete.
CUSTOM COLOR POLICY
When making your printed purchase with Pretty With Ink Invites you are agreeing to the following terms about using Custom Colors:
-There are no physical samples mailed to you, all proofing is done digitally via web albums.
-Because I offer color customizing and matching you can send me photos of bridesmaid dresses, floral arrangements, etc., to color match and I will color match as closely as possible. However, computer monitors, smartphones, and other devices' screens may show colors slightly differently then each other and therefor what you see and what I see can be a shade or two difference. This shade difference can also vary slightly when translated from the digital file to ink, and then again to the different stock types. So the same color can look different on glossy compared to matte compared to linen. Please be aware of these things when making your order decisions.
-IF you need your color to match something to perfection I highly recommend a swatch test. In this case you will need to send me a physical swatch of the color you are trying to match and I will do my best to make sure the printed color comes out as close as I can get it to the swatch. If you are not satisfied with the turnout of the color you may receive one free reprint to correct the issue if your case is qualified.
-IF you do not send a physical swatch, you are waving your right to a free reprint. If you are unsatisfied with the color turnout you may receive one reprint at a discounted cost if your case is qualified and must then send a physical swatch for matching.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The proofing period can last anywhere from 1-?? days, depending on your promptness with responses and the amount of proofing rounds we go through. I provide the first set of proofs in 48-72 hours after receiving the deposit and information. Correction proofs are returned within 24 hours of the request.
Once the proofs are approved, the order is sent to a commercial printer for high quality printing. Allow 8-10 business days for standard printing. Express Printing, 5-7 Business Day, is available for a $20 fee, and Super Express Printing 5 Business Day is available for $40.
Within 24 hours of receiving your order from the printer, I package and ship with care from my home office. Standard 3-5 day USPS Priority Insured shipping is available for $10 or $15 depending on your order size, Express shipping is available for $25 or $45. Both are flat rate, insured, and tracked. We do not accept Fed Ex or Ups codes.

What exactly can I customize?
Free customization is limited to designs already created and found in the shop. This customization includes color scheme, text style, color and wording. Background Images of any designs in the shop can be customized and changed for an added design fee depending on the request. Full Custom Creations made from scratch are also available and will incur design fees on an order to order basis. You will be notified of these fees up front.

Can I order Samples?
Yes, however samples are order overflow so it's possible I don't have the exact pieces you would like to see, inquire and I will let you know what is available. I will send Sample Packs that include the design of your choice (if I have it available) and cuttings of all my paper types. These samples are not customizable. Sample packs are $10, if you purchase a sample pack and decide to move forward with a printed order, $5 will be credited back to you! Customized samples are available, please inquire.

Can I cancel my order?
Every order requires a minimum non-refundable $20 deposit. If you cancel your order before you have returned the order form or received any proofs you will be refunded the $20. If you are cancelling your order after any proof has been produced, the $20 deposit is forfeited. Any monies given beyond that will be refunded. If you have paid in full and the printing process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Color Note
For Digital File Purchases: You have 3 days to print a sample proof to make sure all colors and layout are to your liking. Printers can vary in color. P.ink cannot be responsible for colors that are off when they are printed. However, we will attempt to help you figure out the problem and make any adjustments that might be needed.

Can I add a photo?
Any listing can be reproduced with a photo (or a few) added. Photos should be 300 dpi or higher for print quality. P.ink cannot be held responsible for photo quality. It is illegal for P.ink to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photographer or company that holds the copyright. Any photos or illustrations used in our designs have permissioned use. When you submit photos, please be aware that it is assumed you have permission from the copyright holder or are the photographer yourself. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold P.ink reliable for any misuse of copyrighted images.

Is my Personal Information Safe?
Pretty with Ink Invites holds the rights to all designs created with/for you. We have the right to use these designs in our shop or as marketing tools. If you have issue with your name(s) or information being used in samples, please make that known.
When purchasing, all transactions take place through Etsy and/or Paypal. Both are secure and can be trusted. Any information Pretty with Ink Invites has of yours is never shared or sold. Mailing and Email addresses are used for marketing purposes only to send gifts, coupons, and sale information. If you would prefer to not receive any or all of these please make that known.
