  We have a general no returns policy. Returns will only be accepted in special circumstances. Contact us at cenotype at gmail dot com for all return inquiries. Exchanges will only be considered within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept exchanges, but the customer will pay all shipping charges (return to us and shipping back to you).

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
