Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  Forest lake, MN. All items are sent USPS and will include a tracking number. Any order placed Friday afternoon,Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out that following Monday unless it is a custom order.

• Do you take custom orders??

  Yes I do!! If there is anything in my store that you like, but I don't have the size or color you are looking for, please feel free to message me at sarahscozycorner@gmail.com.

• Do you do custom monogramming?

  I sure do :) Monograms or names can only be done on a custom order and not on an item that has been completed and listed in the store. Please email me at sarahscozycorner@gmail.com with any questions or orders.

• Do I have to pay for custom orders before you make them?

  Yes you do.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You may return or exchange any item with-in 30 days of the date your order was placed. I will only reimburse shipping costs on a return or exchange if there is a defect in the item. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. If you are placing a custom order, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

• Do you have other payment options other then paypal?

  Yes I do. I can take credit card payments using my phone. I use the Square. It would require me to enter all the info on your card manually instead of swiping it. No worries, the info IS NOT stored. It's just like using a credit card machine at the store.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time.
