• How long does a pre-order take?

  Pre-orders will last until the initial quantity has run out! Batch orders are set in low quantities so that we can get them taken care of as fast as possible! However please be aware that it is quite possible for there to be several time delays! If you have any kind of question -- or would like a detailed update on progress you may email me at any time! I am happy to provide any and all information!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Please be aware that almost all are handmade, and while made to the best ability, please handle with care! Alice Doll ensures that all products are 100% in working order before shipping out! I will not offer a refund or returns of any kinds after the item has been shipped or if a change of mind has been made after receiving the item. I make sure that 100% it is in perfect condition and quality before shipping out. If you have any questions, again, before or after the purchase you can always message me personally at my email! • How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
