• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Items can be returned within 14 days Of receipt. Item must be returned in original Condition. If item is not to your satisfaction please let me know and we can work something out. We do not Accept returns on lost or stolen items in the mail. Thanks

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We however do not ship to high risk countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, Malaysia and Indonesian countries, Yugoslavia and Iran.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on when the item is shipped out. International Can take 2-4 weeks. It also depends on weather and such. Our postal service Does the best they can in the conditions our great country is blessed with :)

• Any other things I need to know before I buy from You?

  Well.. I make my own Jewelry, i take pride in my work. Usually it can take me anywhere from 1-3 days to complete a masterpiece! Im quite new at the whole jewelry making experience and I hope to achieve greatness from it. The jewelry is made in a smoke free Home. However I do have Cats! But i must let you know they love to have fun trying to help me create my masterpieces! Swat me a bead here, Throw me a piece of wire there, you know how it is. All in all, I hope you enjoy my jewelry as much as I and my tribe has had making it! Thanks Lindsy
