  SWEET Plushies uses 100% cotton fabric(s) and filled with non-allergenic Polyester fiberfill. Laminated cotton is also used for other SWEET Plushie items.

• How do I care for my Plushie?

  SWEET Plushies recommends spot cleaning your Plushie(s).

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Sweet Plushies customers will have 10 days from date item was recieved to *ship Plushies back for a full refund. In order to recieve a full refund, Plushies must be in the same condition it was shipped in. Refunds will not be issued on damaged goods. Sweet Plushies currently does not offer exchanges, so please make careful selections. *Customers will be responsible for cost of return shipment.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
