• Where does this store ship from?

  Beaverton, OR, USA

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No returns unless noted in item description. All items are sold as is. I make every effort to post a thorough description of each item, and photos are as clear as possible. Any flaws will be described in item listing. If you have additional questions about an item, please email me.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this time I am not able to ship internationally. Orders will be accepted and shipped within the United States ONLY.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Your order will ship either the Thursday or Friday after it is placed. I ship using US Postal Service.

• How are shipping costs determined?

  I ship using US Postal Service, and my shipping rates closely mirror USPS flat rate shipping amounts. If you would prefer to have an item shipped by a different carrier, please email me directly BEFORE placing your order, and I can create a custom listing for you. Please be aware this will likely cost more than my stated shipping fee. Whenever possible I recycle/reuse shipping materials.

  I update my store infrequently but ship all orders as promptly as I can. Check back occasionally for new/updated items!
